We are a full time professional married couple real estate team with over 75 years of combined experience. We
help people in the Twin Cities metropolitan area buy and sell homes giving them the best possible customer
service.
Over the years we have had ongoing recognition as Mpls/St Paul Magazine “Super Agents” not only for our
client experience satisfaction rate but also for superior relations with fellow agents and related service industry
professionals.
We provide honest, dependable, quality service that “you can COUNT on”.
Over 80% of our business consistently comes from past clients and their much appreciated referrals.
In 2020, just before the Covid, our son Ben became a licensed realtor and joined our team. He brings a great
deal of energy and excitement to our business and also has fantastic social media marketing ideas. He
specializes in new listing videos - posting them on Instagram and Facebook.
Personal Background….
Craig grew up in Bloomington and graduated from Lincoln High School and began working for Merrill Lynch
in 1985. Kim graduated from Richfield High School and became a licensed realtor with Merrill Lynch in 1986.
They met at a company function, Craig got his license and they became a team in 1988. They were with
Coldwell Banker Burnet for 30+ years and in 2019 moved to Keller Williams. They moved from Bloomington
to Lakeville in 1996 and are still there today. They have 3 grown children and two terrific grandsons. They
enjoy family, friends and spending time at their cabin in Northwestern Wisconsin.
